Join us for a live webinar where will discuss the latest trends, developments and best practices in financial and ESG reporting.

This March and April, Tangelo reviewed the most recent annual reports of Singapore’s largest companies – those listed in the Straits Times Index – and published their findings in the research paper ‘The State of Online Annual Reporting in Singapore’.

This webinar will discuss:

•  the findings of the research – how Singapore listed companies report online;
•  showcase 2 use cases:
-  CLP Group, Hong Kong – their “online first” 2020 Sustainability Report
-  AGL Energy, Australia – FY20 Sustainability Data Centre
•  the best way to collect and manage your (ESG performance) data
•  the buy-side perspective of ESG performance data – what information is needed to assess ESG risks and opportunities.

Mr. Erwin Groenendal - Co-founder, Tangelo Software Pty Ltd
Erwin Groenendal - Co-founder at Tangelo Software and a regular speaker at international investor relations events on trends and developments in regulatory, technology, and digital communication aspects of external reporting.

 About the Chairperson

Mr. Harold Woo – President, Investor Relations Professionals Association (Singapore)
Harold Woo is ex-Senior Advisor for Investor & Partner Relations in CapitaLand Limited. He joined CapitaLand in 2003 and relinquished his position as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations in June 2015. Post retirement from CapitaLand in May 2017, he assumed a senior advisory role at WeR1 Consultants Pte Ltd, a boutique investor relations, corporate strategy and media communications company, from September 2017 till October 2018. He took on a senior advisor contract with Sasseur Asset Management Pte Ltd from February 2019 till January 2020. Sasseur REIT was one of the top performing S-Reits in 2019, with a total return of 53%. He has almost 20 years of stockbroking experience in institutional sales, securities trading and investment research. From 1990 to 1999, he was with Vickers Ballas & Co Pte Ltd, progressing from Director of Institutional Sales to Global Head of Institutional Sales. Prior to 1990, he was Associate Director at James Capel Far East Limited, an international stockbroker. From 1981 to 1985, he was research manager at Ong & Co Pte Ltd. Harold garnered the Best IRO award in IR Magazine – South East Asia Awards in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2011. In 2012, he was named as one of 25 Best IROs of last 25 years by IR Magazine. In December 2015, he was bestowed a Lifetime Achievement Award by IR Magazine. He is on the judging panels for IR Magazine Awards 2017, 2018 and 2019 – South East Asia and Greater China self-nomination categories. He served as the Honorary Secretary of the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) (“SIAS”) from 2015 – 2017 and remains as a consultant. Harold is on the faculty for the Listed Entity Director Programme conducted by the Singapore Institute of Directors (“SID”). He received his Master of Science in Management Science from Imperial College, University of London.
